Step into a leadership role where you can shape practice, not just manage a caseload. We’re partnering with SDN Children’s Services, a highly regarded NFP supporting children and families across early learning, therapy, and early intervention services throughout Sydney.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to move into a clinical leadership role within a multidisciplinary early intervention environment supporting children aged 0–16.

Rather than carrying a heavy billable caseload, this role is centred around:

• Mentoring and guiding clinicians
• Supporting more complex presentations
• Partnering with families
• Influencing quality and consistency across the service

It’s ideally suited to someone who enjoys supporting others in practice and is looking to step further into leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to allied health practitioners
• Support complex behaviour presentations within an early intervention framework
• Partner closely with families using a coaching and capacity-building approach
• Drive reflective practice and evidence-based support strategies
• Contribute to quality, compliance, and best-practice service delivery
• Maintain a small, manageable caseload

About You

• Advanced BSP or Proficient BSP operating at "Advanced-ready) level ready to step up

You’ll ideally bring:

• Experience working with complex behaviours and family systems
• Exposure to Functional Behaviour Assessments and behaviour support planning
• Strong understanding of NDIS behaviour support requirements
• A practical, relationship-based approach with families and clinicians
• Relevant qualifications in Psychology, OT, Speech, Social Work, Teaching, ABA or similar
