What are we looking for?
  

• Self-motivated individuals, who enjoy working with customers whilst carrying out surveys in occupied properties
• Someone with experience of stock condition surveys, and ideally DEA experience

  
  
What does the job entail?
  

• Carrying out stock condition surveys on domestic properties
• Identifying the age of elements in properties and when they will need replacing
• Collecting HHSRS data
• Collecting energy data
• Using a tablet device to update survey data
