Surveyor vacancy – Greater Manchester - £37,000 - £38,000 per annum

What are we looking for?
  

• Motivated individuals who can develop great relationships with customers and communities
• Someone with a relevant qualification, and experience of surveying domestic properties

  
What does the job entail?
  

• Carrying out surveys to assess the condition of domestic properties
• Undertaking pre and post inspections of works
• Utilising a knowledge of Health & Safety and Building Regulations to survey properties for damp and mould
• Carrying out HHSRS assessments
• Instructing contractors and project managing works from inception to completion
