The role
You will work across a range of property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial and retail leasing
• Development-related property work
• Retirement living transactions and related property matters
• Property due diligence
• Drafting and negotiating commercial and property agreements
• Managing transactional matters from commencement through to completion
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Supporting client relationships and broader practice development

About you
You will ideally have:

• 5+ years’ post-admission experience
• Strong commercial property and transactional experience
• Experience across leasing and/or development matters
• Exposure to retirement living would be highly regarded
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience managing matters independently
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to supervise and support junior lawyers
