ABOUT THE ROLE

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced lawyer to join a large and dynamic organisation on a contract basis. Working as part of an established legal team, you will provide practical and strategic advice across a range of commercial, operational and regulatory matters.
This role offers exposure to complex projects and the chance to work closely with internal stakeholders, delivering clear and solutions-focused legal support in a fast-paced environment.

You will:

• Provide legal advice on a broad range of commercial and operational matters
• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
• Support procurement, project delivery and contract management activities
• Advise on governance, compliance and regulatory obligations
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver practical legal solutions
• Assist with risk identification and mitigation across business initiatives

ABOUT YOU

You will have:

• 3+ years' post-admission experience in commercial, corporate or government-related law
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• The ability to provide clear, pragmatic and solutions-focused advice
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
• A collaborative approach and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
