THE ROLE

Working as part of a collaborative People & Culture team, you will partner closely with the Employment & Industrial Relations Leader to deliver high-quality, practical advice to internal and external stakeholders across a broad range of employment and IR matters.

Key responsibilities include:

• Interpreting Enterprise Agreements, Awards and Contracts of Employment
• Advising on wages, entitlements and statutory workplace obligations
• Supporting stakeholder engagement with unions and assisting during industrial disputes

   
ABOUT YOU

You will bring a strong foundation in employment and industrial relations, combined with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in this space.

You will ideally have:

• Formal qualifications in law or IR and preferably experience in an allied industry
• 1-2+ years of experience in HR/IR and a keen interest in developing along an Employment & IR career trajectory
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong presentation skills, problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
• Self-starter, motivated, able to work well in a team and under pressure
