The Opportunity

Join a high-performing medical negligence practice acting for major insurers and health providers. Work closely with respected Partners on complex and varied matters, including:

• Defence of medical negligence claims (including high-severity injuries)
• Coronial investigations and inquests
• Disciplinary and professional conduct matters

About You

• 4+ years PQE, currently at Associate or Senior Associate level
• Experience in defendant personal injury, professional indemnity or health law
• Comfortable running matters with autonomy while working collaboratively
• Strong communication and client relationship skills

Medical evidence exposure is ideal but not essential if you bring the right litigation background and interest in this area.
