Senior Commercial Lawyer – Partnership Pathway
We are currently representing a well-established and highly regarded law firm seeking to appoint a Senior Commercial Lawyer (6+ years PAE). This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse range of commercial transactions and advisory matters, with a genuine pathway to partnership for the right individual.

The Opportunity
You will work closely with a strong client base, advising across business and franchise sales, shareholder and joint venture agreements, corporate structuring, trusts, SMSFs, securities, PPSR, and finance-related matters. The role provides autonomy, client contact, and scope to mentor junior colleagues.
