ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated conveyancing lawyer, licensed conveyancer or senior paralegal (property law/conveyancing focus) to step into a key role overseeing workflow and supporting a growing legal practice. With full flexibility and no set billable targets, this role is ideal for someone looking to balance professional leadership with life outside of work.

You will:

• Manage and supervise a team across conveyancing matters
• Oversee workflow, maintain processes and ensure timely delivery of client matters
• Assist with conveyancing files and related property work, with some exposure to wills, estates and disputes
• Engage with clients directly, ensuring strong communication and service delivery
• Support the Principal Lawyer by keeping matters on track when they are focused on business development
• Participate in weekly team meetings and quarterly catch-ups

 
ABOUT YOU

You will have:

• At least 2 years' experience as a lawyer, licensed conveyancer or senior paralegal (property law/conveyancing focus)
• Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and general property law
• Confidence managing people and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• An efficiency and compliance-driven mindset and technologically savvy
• The ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in wills, estates or disputes (advantageous but not essential)
