Job Title: Senior Estimator
Location: Winter Haven, FL
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Estimator to join a well-established, fast-growing civil contractor based in Winter Haven, FL. This is an office-based role working across exciting heavy civil and underground projects throughout Central Florida.
You'll be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive bids across a range of project types including underground utilities, DOT heavy civil, clearing, and earthwork. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a company that has a strong pipeline of work and a collaborative estimating team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
• Attending pre-bid meetings and conducting site visits
• Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to gather pricing
• Supporting the estimating team through the full bid lifecycle
• Working closely with project managers and field leadership

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of estimating experience in underground utility, DOT heavy civil, earthwork, or clearing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet bid deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
• Proficiency in estimating software (a plus)
• Based in or willing to commute to the Winter Haven / St. Cloud / Tampa corridor
