Title: Project Engineer
Location: Naples, FL

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work alongside an experienced Superintendent and Project Manager to manage day-to-day project coordination.
• Review and interpret FDOT and general construction plans (plan reading experience required).
• Assist with tracking, documentation, and field coordination using tools like Bluebeam, MS Office, and Outlook.
• Spend time both in the office (Venice) and field (Naples–Cape Coral–Fort Myers area) ensuring construction runs smoothly.
• Be part of a collaborative, patient, and growth-minded team that values teaching and mentorship.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of civil construction experience (highway, bridge, or site development ideal).
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
• Comfortable traveling within the Southwest Florida region.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work closely with field and office staff.
