We’re working with a leading civil contractor that’s building some of the most impactful water and wastewater infrastructure projects in the Atlanta area.

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination on civil, water, and wastewater projects
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and scheduling to keep projects moving smoothly
• Work closely with field teams and subcontractors to maintain timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Assist with quantity tracking, estimating, and project documentation
• Be part of client and internal project meetings, supporting clear communication between teams

• 3–6 years of experience in civil construction, utilities, or infrastructure work
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar field (preferred)
• Comfortable using Bluebeam, HCSS, or Microsoft Project
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and proactive when solving problems
• Someone who enjoys learning, takes initiative, and wants to grow into a leadership position
