Calling civil engineering graduates and junior Project Engineers who want to fast track their career on large scale DOT projects and grow into project management! 

We’re representing a fast-growing infrastructure development firm specializing in heavy civil and roadway projects across Texas in need of a Project Engineer to join on a $100M in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

 This role is 100% field-based and will be mainly night shift for the first 6 months. You’ll work alongside seasoned leadership and self-perform crews to ensure successful, safe, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain safe jobsite protocols and enforce compliance
• Conduct quantity takeoffs, measure work in place, and track production
• Issue daily/weekly reports, cost tracking, and quantity claims
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, survey, and equipment
• Manage quality control and inspections
• Develop and monitor 3-week lookahead schedules
• Interface with owners, inspectors, and internal leadership

Key Requirements

• USA Citizenship
• Civil Engineering graduate 
• Experience on DOT (highway / bridge) projects preferred in a similar capacity 
• Able to work night shifts 
• Valid drivers license
