Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join a collaborative team focused on utility projects, including municipal linear work, single-family residential, and lift stations. This is a hands-on estimating role where your work directly impacts project success and profitability.

Location: Southlake, TX

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Analyze plans, specifications, geotechnical reports, and contract documents to understand project scope and risks.
• Request, evaluate, and negotiate bids from vendors and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure competitive and accurate proposals.
• Present estimates to leadership and project teams.
• Identify potential risks affecting cost or timeline.
• Attend project review meetings and assist in identifying new bid opportunities.

  
Who We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of estimating experience preferred, particularly in wet utilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Bluebeam (HCSS a plus).
• Collaborative, team-oriented, and willing to mentor or be mentored.
• Stable work history with strong attention to detail.
