SR Superintendent- W/WW Plant 

• 10-15+ years experience Superintendent (preferably 7-10) plant/infrastructure projects- majority in Wastewater 
• Experience managing large-scale water/wastewater treatment projects with a self performing GC
• Regional travel required (3 plants in Tampa region)
• Drive job site safety and establish site safety expectations.
• Create 6-week look-ahead schedules and monitor overall project schedule.
• Coordinate with project management.
• Review job cost and manage labor quantities.
• Complete daily and periodic report updates.
• Oversee quality control.
• Manage subcontractors.
• Train craft workers.
• Mentor Superintendents
• Familiarity with construction software: Excel, Microsoft Suite, Bluebeam; Procore a plus
• #DealBreaker: Excellent communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with management and field staff.
• Professional, humble, adaptable, and team-oriented; able to navigate complex project environments
