Superintendent- Plant Operations

• Experience managing large-scale water/wastewater treatment projects with a self performing GC
• 5-7+ years experience Superintendent (preferably 7-10) plant/infrastructure projects- majority in Wastewater
• Regional travel required (3 plants in Tampa region)
• Oversee concrete and mechanical construction of crews
• Oversee subcontractor work & project safety
• Manage labor, equipment costs & material inventory
• Coordinate project schedule and plant start-up
• Hire skilled craft workers
• Training Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers
• Maintain as-built documents
• Familiarity with construction software: Excel, Microsoft Suite, Bluebeam; Procore a plus
• #DealBreaker: Excellent communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with management and field staff. 
• Professional, humble, adaptable, and team-oriented; able to navigate complex project environments- Salt of earth people
