W/WW Project Manager

• Experience managing large-scale water/wastewater treatment projects with a self performing GC
• (Minimum) 5+ years of project management experience for PM, preferably 7-10- majority in Wastewater $100M+ min (preferably but not a deal break)
• Strong in financial management, scheduling, and communication.
• 20% field/ 80% office based 
• One new project in Venice (see link below)
• Excel, Microsoft Suite, Bluebeam; Procore a plus
• #DealBreaker: Excellent communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with management and field staff.
• Bachelors degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Professional but humble
• Energetic, solution orientated
• Driven/ ambitious- high sense of self accountability
• Adaptable, and team-oriented; Want to be part of something bigger
• Able to navigate complex project environments graciously
