We’re looking for an experienced Safety Manager to join our team in Austin. This is a hands-on role overseeing safety on major construction projects. We need someone who can lead from the field, build strong relationships with site teams, and drive a proactive safety culture.
  
What You’ll Do
  

• Implement and enforce safety programs across active job sites
• Conduct inspections, audits, and investigate incidents
• Provide training and mentorship to staff on safety compliance
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, and local regulations
• Work closely with project managers to develop site-specific safety plans

  
What We’re Looking For
  

• Associate’s degree in Safety Management or CHST/CSP certification
• At least 5 years of construction safety management experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and field presence
• Solid track record improving safety performance on job sites
