Role Overview The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the St. Johns River bridge replacement, ensuring alignment with FDOT specifications, budget, and schedule. This role is designed as a career advancement opportunity, with a defined path to Area Manager, overseeing multiple projects across Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of a $240M bridge construction project from pre-construction through final delivery.
• Direct and coordinate engineering, field operations, subcontractors, and self-perform crews.
• Administer contracts, cost controls, cash flow, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with FDOT,, OSHA, and environmental standards.
• Build strong relationships with FDOT, county agencies, and community stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, resolve disputes, and maintain clear communication with all parties.
• Mentor project engineers and superintendents, preparing the next generation of project leaders.
• Transition into Area Manager responsibilities, taking on oversight of multiple regional projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in bridge and heavy civil roadway construction.
• Successful delivery of projects valued at $100M+, preferably in FDOT or state DOT environments.
• Previous Bridge Projects is REALLY important
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (P.E. license preferred).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, HCSS, Procore, or similar construction management systems.
• Strong financial acumen in cost control, risk management, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to represent the company with owners, agencies, and the public.
