Must-Haves:

• 5+ years’ experience in heavy civil/site development project management
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams (civil, utilities, transportation)
• Client-facing with polished professionalism

�� Preferred:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Familiarity with public/military/energy-sector projects

�� Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, budgets, RFIs, and change orders
• Oversee subcontractor coordination and material procurement
• Provide full project ownership and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
