✅ Must-Haves:

• 5+ years’ experience in civil site development or roadway projects
• Strong scheduling skills (Primavera P6)
• Procore, Bluebeam, and digital takeoff experience preferred
• Comfortable managing 3–4 concurrent projects
• Ability to interface with private-sector clients (DOT background acceptable if adaptable)
• Leadership skills with ability to guide APMs/PEs

�� Preferred:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

�� Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Schedule management, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Oversee subcontractor coordination, materials delivery, and client communication
• Manage budgets, safety, and performance targets
• Provide direction to an assigned APM/PE for project execution

• Municipal roadway and paving projects
• Commercial site development (business parks, retail)
• Residential subdivision site work
• Parking lot construction (grading, paving, concrete, striping)
• Sustainability-focused projects (Greenroads-certified, Warm Mix Asphalt)

• Base salary: $100K–$120K + annual performance bonus (~10%)
