$100,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our growing team in either the Raleigh–Durham–Chapel Hill area or Greenville, NC. This is an excellent opportunity to lead impactful local projects and be part of a company building for the future.

Qualifications & Experience: ✅ 5–10 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction
✅ Project experience in: Healthcare, Higher Education, Commercial/Mixed-Use, Municipal/Government, and Mission Critical
✅ Successfully completed 2+ full ground-up commercial projects in North Carolina (preferred)
✅ Proficiency in Procore and other project management software (preferred)
Not a fit for those with a background focused in multifamily or custom home building
