We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead projects in institutional, public, K-12, higher education, and hospitality sectors. This is a no-travel role based in the Greater Tampa Bay area, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with plans, safety standards, and quality control.
• Lead and manage field operations, including supervising subcontractors, scheduling, and ensuring all activities meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Proven experience in leading institutional, public, K-12, higher education, or hospitality construction projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A "team player" mentality with a self-starting work ethic.
• Ability to effectively manage time, resources, and personnel to achieve project goals.
• No travel required, must be based in the Greater Tampa Bay area or surrounding locations.
