A respected general contractor with over 35 years of success in the Florida market is seeking a Project Manager to lead a variety of ground-up commercial projects—including fire stations, big box retail, auto dealerships, and other high-profile builds.
This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values long-term project ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction from pre-construction through project closeout
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and quality control standards
• Lead project meetings, ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Enforce job site safety and compliance with regulations
• Communicate regularly with leadership and resolve issues proactively

• Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes
• Proficiency in project management software is a plus
• Willingness to travel locally as needed
