We’re seeking an experienced Civil Siteworks Project Manager to lead and deliver a variety of site development projects—focusing on grading, utilities, drainage, and infrastructure. You’ll oversee all phases of project execution, from planning and scheduling to on-site supervision and reporting.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple crews and job sites, and brings a strong background in civil construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of civil siteworks projects, ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery.
• Interpret site plans and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Plan and allocate labor, materials, and equipment.
• Develop schedules, track progress in HCSS, and report regularly to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and manage site documentation.

• Proven experience with grading, utilities, and site development projects.
• Strong understanding of civil construction practices and safety regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (HCSS preferred).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to read/execute site plans.

• Salary: $95K–$150K DOE (paid weekly)
