Property Management Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
• Handle tenant inquiries, lease agreements, and rent collection.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking.
• Market vacant properties and assist in leasing processes.

• Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate office operations and support administrative tasks.
• Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and stakeholders.
• Task for CEO like booking hotels, travel, etc. 

• Proven experience in property management and/or executive assistance.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
