About the Roles:
We are actively seeking Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers to join our team and oversee commercial construction projects in healthcare, life sciences, heavy commercial, and K-12 sectors. Responsibilities:

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution from pre-construction through closeout.
• Work closely with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion.
• Manage contracts, submittals, RFIs, and all project documentation.
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications:
Assistant Project Manager:

• 2-3 years of experience in commercial construction.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, heavy commercial, or K-12 construction preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage documentation, coordinate with subcontractors, and assist in project execution.

Project Manager:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction leadership.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, heavy commercial, or K-12 construction preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive project success.
