Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in multifamily, CMU Block, stick frame, and concrete commercial projects. This role will involve overseeing ground-up construction projects ranging from $20-100M.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction for multifamily and commercial projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews.
• Maintain a safe, organized job site and enforce safety protocols.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Review project plans, schedules, and budgets, making adjustments as necessary.
• Report regularly on project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior staff and crew members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience.
• Experience in multifamily, CMU block, stick frame, and concrete commercial construction.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with construction management software and project scheduling tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Willingness to travel to job sites across North Florida and Fort Myers.
