Job Title: Superintendent / Assistant Superintendent
Location: Orlando, FL

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent / Assistant Superintendent to oversee various education-related projects across Florida, including work at UCF, School of Arts in Kissimmee, and Haines City Schools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in K-12 and higher education construction and municipal projects. Procore experience is a significant plus.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Strong tenure in K-12, higher education, and municipal construction.
• Technical Skills: Procore experience is highly preferred.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead construction teams and manage multiple project sites.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
