Overview HEAVY CIVIL EXPERIANCE NECESSARY
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Deputy Manager to join our team with heavy civil experience ONLY. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing project operations, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of construction management principles. The Deputy Manager will work closely with project teams to coordinate activities and ensure alignment with project goals.
Duties HEAVY CIVIL WORK ONLY

• Assist in the overall management of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Utilize construction management software, including HeavyBid and ProCore, for project tracking and reporting.
• Manage project resources effectively to optimize productivity on-site.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and facilitate communication among team members.
• Oversee the implementation of safety protocols on the construction site.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Support the Project Manager in preparing reports and documentation related to project performance.

Requirements HEAVU CIVIL WORK!

• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.
• Familiarity with project coordination techniques and tools.
• Experience using construction management software such as Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or ProCore is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with team members, contractors, and clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
