CAD / REVIT TECHNICIAN | MEP | WINCHESTER

If you know your way around coordinated MEP design and want to work on technically interesting projects rather than just churn out drawings, this could be worth a conversation.
I'm delighted to be working alongside an established, highly regarded built environment consultancy looking to add a CAD / Revit Technician to its experienced MEP team.
You'll be producing and developing 2D CAD drawings and 3D Revit MEP models across a varied project portfolio spanning defence, education, residential, healthcare and major refurbishment schemes.
 
The technical requirements:

• AutoCAD & Revit MEP
• GA drawings, sections, details and schedules
• MEP coordination within multidisciplinary teams
• UK building services projects — new build & refurbishment
• BIM standards and coordinated design outputs
• Working alongside engineers, architects and structural teams

This is a role for someone who understands that good drawings are more than lines on a screen.
You'll have genuine technical input, ownership of your work, exposure to complex projects and the opportunity to support less experienced technicians as the team continues to grow.
