Building Condition Surveyor B&CE
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Tidworth

Your Role:
Conduct B&CE condition surveys in accordance with Strategic Asset Management programme.
Determine serviceability of building fabric and produce documented reports.
Conduct RFHI inspections and produce reports.
Review draft asset condition reports.
Plan and conduct ESTC inspections.
Identify building defects and recommend solutions.
Advise on preservation of historic buildings.
Prepare insurance reinstatement assessments.
What We're Looking For: Technician or Incorporated Engineer membership of either the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) or other equivalent Charted body. HNC/HND or equivalent qualification. Trade background or 3+ years' experience. Full UK driving licence.
Experience & Knowledge:
Experience in B&CE and M&E projects.
Experience in Project Management or Construction Management roles.
Knowledge of building regulations.
Analytical and structured approach to work.
Working knowledge of CDM regulations.
Effective communication with stakeholders.
Skills:
Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
Proactive and flexible approach under pressure.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
