Our client is a leading facilities management organisation providing hard FM support across Tidworth & Bulford military Garrisons.
Salary: £25,100 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

Your Role:
To assist the Authority Stores manager in accounting for and maintaining the Garrison Authority Store on behalf of the MoD, in conjunction with all current policies.
To ensure that all materiel held within the store is secured and in a clean and serviceable condition.
Assist in providing and maintaining an audit trail for all Authority Store inspections as part of the LSA&I regime.
Carry out stock checks in line with the cyclic stock checking programme or as directed by the Authority Stores manager.
Assist with the maintenance of the Authority Stores pool vehicle, ensuring it is kept clean, tidy, and roadworthy at all times, ensuring all documents are up to date.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications: All Arms Storekeeper Course, Log Spec/Supply Spec Class 1/2, or NVQ2 in Distribution/Warehousing (or equivalent), MA/UAA qualified on MJDI would all be desirable. SC Security Clearance required (or obtainable). Manual handling capability essential.
Experience: A good understanding of MJDI accounting system and policies would be good and knowledge of FLIG and Clothing accounts. A Forklift operator's licence would be beneficial.
Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong team player able to prioritise workload and support colleagues. Must meet tight deadlines with a flexible, hardworking approach. Good Microsoft Office knowledge (Email, Word, Excel) essential.
Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
