Here is a bit about us!
We are a Boutique Nursing Agency that specializes in aged care. We originally provided staff to aged care facilities in Melbourne, please check our google reviews and social media, we are growing wider all around NSW!

How do we work?
Basically, after applying and having a successful interview, you straight away have access to our secret club portal. In this portal, you will update your availability and be able to find shifts with flexible hours that suit you and your lifestyle.

Do we sound too good to be true?! Thanks, we've been told that before! But what we need from you first:

• Documented proof of qualification (APHRA registration or Individual support certificates)
• Current 2026 Influenza Flu vaccination evidence
• Current National Police Check (not older than 18 months years)
• Current driver's license/reliable source of transport

What's in it for you?!

• Fantastic pay rates with weekly Pay (Every Thursday, right in time for the weekend!)
• Start work within 24 hours of your interview (usually less than that though!)
• Work in a variety of different facilities- increase your knowledge and experience in the industry
• Ausmed training platform valued at $400, free for EVERY member! (training + CPD points and more)
• FRIENDLY and SUPPORTIVE allocations team available to you 7 days a week from 5am till 11pm
• FUN events and staff rewards!! We like to have fun here at CBNA and to show our appreciation to our hard-working aged care team.
