You will be responsible for the following:

• Designing and creating online content to up skill overseas pharmacists that prepare their journey to commence their careers in Australia.
• You will require all online content learning and development to stay updated and ensure they are supported with the latest medications, treatments, and healthcare regulations.
• Some key areas of focus for L&D in this field might include: therapeutic updates, clinical governance, and pharmacy practice standards. 

To be successful in the role:
You must have:

• Sound communication and interpersonal skills, 
• Able to work independently unsupervised with great time management skills; 
• Love for a fast paced exciting environment delivering work on time;
• Ability to design and deliver online training programs;
• Knowledge of adult learning principles;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• A minimum BPharm as a registered pharmacist;
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint;
• Strong fluency in English in both written and spoken;
• Ideally you have attained an English language exam with a high score i.e. PTE 80+ or equivalent English exams.
