Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team in Carmarthen. The role will be for 3-4 months initially (January through until Easter). This post may be extended at the end of this period based on performance. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 5 days a week for 3 hours a day (15 hours per week) and the role is salaried at £9.00 per hour. Interviews are likely to be held on the 18th - 19th of December with the intention of the successful applicant starting at the beginning of January.
The ideal candidate will:
Possess good all-round IT skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
Be an outstanding team player.
Have excellent attention to detail.
Ideally have sales and purchase ledger experience but this is not essential.
Ideally have some web marketing experience.
Main duties involve:
Handling enquirers from customers.
Updating CRM system.
Purchase invoice processing.
Sales invoicing for Events.
Web research and marketing.
Updating the website.
Any other duties as needed to support the activities of the business.
