Experienced Fitter
 
Location: St Clears / Site-based
HOURS: Full-time
Type: Permanent
Salary: £31,200 - £35,360 (£15-£17 per hour) depending on experience
 
Our client: Our client, Willow Joinery, is a well-established and growing joinery business specialising in high-quality bespoke timber windows, doors and joinery products.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Fitter to join their team.
 
The role: We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Fitter to carry out the installation of bespoke joinery products on sites across the region.

The successful candidate will take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service, representing the business professionally on-site.
Key Responsibilities:

• Installing bespoke timber windows, doors and joinery products
• Working from technical drawings and site instructions
• Ensuring installations are completed to a high standard
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
• Communicating professionally with customers and site contacts
• Working independently and as part of a team

What we're looking for:

• Previous fitting or carpentry experience
• Strong practical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve on-site
• Good communication and customer-facing skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Reliable and punctual

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience fitting bespoke joinery products
• Relevant carpentry or joinery qualifications
