Job Title: Chef 

Location: Stacey’s Kitchen, Abergwili 

Job Type: Perm basis 

Pay: A competitive salary based on experience.

Hours: 20-30 hours per week to include weekends

Stacey’s Kitchen is looking for a reliable, fast-paced Chef who loves the morning buzz. We need someone who can master our breakfast menu, smash the midday rush, and keep our standards (and the kitchen) spotless.

Responsibilities: 

• Preparing fresh food daily, including sandwiches, deli items and specials
• Ensuring every plate looks great and goes out to the highest standard
• Keeping the kitchen spotless - from fridges to floors Monitoring stock, updating records and communicating with the team
• Following food safety practices (temperature checks, allergen info, hygiene records) -
• Supporting front-of-house and kitchen staff during busy times and working as a team 

What you’ll bring: 

• You’ve worked in a similar fast-paced kitchen environment before.
• Level 3 Food Hygiene (or the genuine willingness to complete it).
• A positive, "can-do" attitude and a pride in your work.
• Must be available to work Sundays (this is essential for the role).
