Quality Assistant  - Cilgerran & Newcastle  Emlyn (working in two sites) 

£25,880.00 p/a 

THE ROLE..

This is an exciting time for a Quality Assistant to join the fast-growing, progressive pharmaceutical company as they embark on many new projects on the horizon.

WORKING HOURS..
37 hours per week:
Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 17:00
Friday 09:00 to 16:30

DUTIES INCLUDE...

• Administer and maintain Quality documents to support compliance with the company’s Quality System.
• Scan, file, and archive Quality documentation efficiently.
• Reconcile and organize documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update Quality spreadsheets to support reporting and tracking.

  
WHAT YOU WILL NEED...

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths, English, and Science; further education such as A-levels or a degree is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Friendly, professional, and able to use initiative effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Motivated and able to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
