Senior Packing Operator – Felinfach, Ceredigion
To operate and control the packing process within specified procedures and Critical Process Control Points to support the efficient achievement of the production plan for Felinfach, Ceredigion.

Full-time - 12 hour, days & night shifts
Salary £38,500 per annum

Join our client’s team as a Senior Packing Operator and play a key role in delivering daily production targets while supporting the Packing Lead and wider team. This is a hands-on position where you’ll help keep packing lines running smoothly, maintain high quality standards, and drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of daily packing plans
• Operate manual and automated packing lines
• Complete quality checks, stock records, and production reports
• Champion food safety, GMP, hygiene, and H&S standards
• Reduce waste and respond quickly to issues
• Build strong working relationships across departments

What we’re looking for

• Manufacturing or packing experience (food preferred)
• Leadership or supervisor experience essential
• A reliable team player with good communication skills
• Someone who’s up for a new challenge as this is a new department
• Hands-on, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Comfortable using computer systems
• FLT experience helpful (training provided)
• Must live within 40 minutes of Felinfach, Ceredigion and have own transport
