Our client is a market-leading manufacturer with a reputation for innovation and quality. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a reliable Materials Handler to join their modern facility in Felinfach, Ceredigion.

Location: Felinfach (On-site)
Hours: Full time – rotating 12-hour shift pattern including nights
Type: Permanent
Salary: £29,706 per annum

Job Description: As a Materials Handler, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly by managing materials from delivery through to the production line. Accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and distribute materials across the site
• Move stock between production areas
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Load and unload deliveries
• Operate forklifts and handling equipment
• Work closely with warehouse and production teams
• Ensure safe handling and tidy work areas

What we need from you:

• Previous warehouse or materials handling experience
• Forklift licence (in-house accepted – training available)
• Good attention to detail and organisation skills
• Basic IT skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights
• Must live within a 40-minute commute of Felinfach

Qualifications:

• Forklift certification (in-house accepted)
• Experience with warehouse systems (desirable)
• Manufacturing or dairy experience (advantageous)
