Production Operatives wanted for temp to perm role in St David's, Pembrokeshire starting immediately due to growth within the business and an increase in new orders.
  

 
What you will be doing as a Production Operative;

• Setting up and starting production lines for all products
• You will make adjustments and fine-tuning of equipment if required
• Ensure all production targets are met and exceeded where possible
• You will ensure all work activities are performed in a safe manner
• You will carry out quality checks on the production lines and ensure smooth running of the lines.
• Ensure all workstations are maintained at a high level of cleanliness and follow all hygiene rules

About you;

• You will be nimble fingered and dextrous due to small parts
• Literate & Numerate
• Own Transport desirable due to location and shifts
• Production/manufacturing experience preferred
• **You will live local or have own transport due to limited public transport links to the factory - essential

• £12.21 per hour rising to £12.71 in April
