We are looking for an experienced CCTV Service / Installations Engineer to join our growing team, covering South Wales. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability, regular hours, and the chance to work with a respected leader in security and fire system solutions.
About the Role You will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, and installation of a wide range of security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarms, fire detection, and access control. You’ll work with a diverse client base, delivering high-quality solutions and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive service visits
Diagnose and repair faults efficiently
Service and maintain CCTV, intruder alarms, fire detection, and access control systems
Maintain high professional and customer service standards
Work independently while collaborating with a supportive engineering team
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in CCTV servicing or installation
Experience with intruder alarms (fire and access control experience is highly desirable)
Knowledge of BS5839, BSEN50131, or similar standards (advantageous)
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Reliable, safety-focused, and well organised
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel across South Wales
