M- F 8AM – 4PM

  
DUTIES…

• Lead and schedule activities for the Engineering Maintenance Department.
• Use and develop skills to allocate resources effectively for maintenance tasks.
• Maintain and update the PPM system, ensuring equipment records and GMP-critical files are accurate and complete.
• Review completed work orders and service reports for GMP compliance, and provide data to address recurring downtime issues.
• Generate daily SCADA reports and manage the archiving of GMP documentation.
• Support the Engineering team in organising GxP documentation.
• Assist in developing and managing the PPM system.
• Oversee engineering stores operations, maintain accurate stock levels, reorder supplies as needed, and complete annual stock checks.

  
WHAT YOU WILL NEED..

•  Familiarity with quality requirements for an engineering department operating within a GMP-compliant production facility.
• Knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.
• A solid educational background, ideally in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
• Proficiency in computer applications, with the ability to use commonly utilised office, scientific, and engineering software.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodology
• Able to act on instructions and be diligent and conscientious with a high level of self-discipline and integrity
• Must be able to drive - due to location
