The Compliance Engineering Manager will lead and coordinate Quality related Current Good Manufacturing  engineering practices in alignment with our clients Quality Management System (QMS). 

WORKING HOURS..
9AM - 5PM (M - F)

DUTIES...

• Maintain and improve the Engineering QMS, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, regulatory standards, and evolving industry requirements.
• Manage Engineering Quality compliance activities (Deviations, Change Controls, CAPA, RCA) from investigation through to closure, engaging stakeholders throughout the process.
• Produce monthly quality performance reports and identify corrective/preventative improvement opportunities.
• Conduct departmental periodic reviews, ensuring SOPs are accurate, up to date, and compliant.
• Support the Engineering Coordinator in managing the Maximo Asset Management system.
• Work with the Engineering Manager to ensure timely closure of unplanned maintenance requests.
• Oversee SCADA system operation and maintenance, ensuring integration with production and quality processes, and analyse SCADA data for trends and improvements.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Prepare for and host Engineering Regulatory and EHS audits.
