Our client: Our client, based in the picturesque coastal region of Pembrokeshire and operating in the Oil & Gas industry, is looking for an Integrated Services Coordinator to join their team.
  
  
Job Description/ The role: The Integrated Services Coordinator is responsible for managing site services, including scaffolding, painting, insulation, facilities, and fleet, ensuring efficiency and compliance. The role also oversees materials, workshop operations, and inventory to support smooth operations. Close collaboration with maintenance and operations teams is key to delivering safe and effective site activities.
  
Responsibilities:

• Manage site services, including scaffolding, painting, insulation, facilities, and fleet.
• Oversee materials, workshop operations, and inventory.
• Ensure efficiency, compliance, and value in all activities.
• Monitor and drive contractor performance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost management.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to deliver safe and effective site operations.

  
What is required from you:

• Experience in site services coordination and facilities management, preferably within an industrial or COMAH site environment.
• Contract management experience, including scaffolding, insulation, painting, and maintenance contracts.
• Budget management, cost control, and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of risk assessment and method statement implementation.
