Job Title: Principal Civil Engineer

Join our client, an established Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy in Cardiff and drive the technical delivery of exciting civil engineering projects. As a Principal Civil Engineer, you'll ensure top-tier quality, manage project performance, and mentor our client's talented team.

You'll be working on key projects in sectors like:

• Residential and commercial housing
• Care homes
• Cutting-edge renewable energy (wind farms are a specialty!)
• Industrial sites
• And we're actively building our presence in the rail sector!

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 8+ years of post-graduate experience and is comfortable leading designs.
• Is highly skilled in drainage, highways, and civil infrastructure design, plus adoption procedures.
• Communicates brilliantly, both with your team and our valued clients.
• Has desirable software skills (MicroDrainage, AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Is likely Chartered, but we welcome all highly experienced candidates.
• Holds a current UK driving license.
