Job Title: Principal Structural Engineer

Location: Cardiff
Job Type: Permanent Role
Hours: 40hrs a week

An established Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy in Cardiff are looking for a Principal Structural Engineer. Our client offers a unique opportunity to lead your own project portfolio, manage client relationships, and drive commercial success. This role is crucial for our clients future leadership, with a clear path to Board level.

You'll oversee technical delivery for exciting projects in housing, renewable energy, industrial, and increasingly, rail. Our clients work spans the UK, with a strong focus on South Wales and the West.

About You:

• You'll need at least 10 years of post-graduate experience
• You'll have strong design skills in all major structural materials
• Excellent communication
• You'll be familiar with TEKLA, Scia, Tedds, Revit Structure, and AutoCAD is a plus
• Chartered status is preferred, but strong experience is key.
