Job Description:
Are you an experienced Service Engineer looking for a stable and rewarding role in the CCTV and alarm servicing industry?
Sunny is recruiting on behalf of our trusted client – a respected provider and installer of cutting-edge CCTV, intruder alarms, fire detection, and access control systems. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join the team, covering Dyfed, with flexibility to be based in South, West, or Mid Wales.

Your Role:

• Carry out professional servicing, fault-finding, and maintenance of CCTV systems, intruder alarms, fire detection, and access control equipment.
• Attend scheduled and emergency service calls throughout South, West, and Mid Wales.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold strong client relationships.
• Work independently and as part of a close-knit team of industry professionals.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in CCTV and/or alarm system servicing (intruder, fire, access control preferred).
• Good understanding of BS5839, BSEN50131 or equivalent standards is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a busy schedule.
• A proactive, reliable, and safety-conscious approach to work.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Willingness to travel across Dyfed (South, West, or Mid Wales) You can be based in any of these locations.
