This is a role that you will be fully accountable for from start to finish. You will be generating your own leads and co-ordinating the sales both by telephone & face to face. You will then take ownership of those customers and maintain them with exceptional customer service ensuring that the company and customer receive the best outcome possible whilst maintaining the margins and repeat custom.
You will be supporting the Key Account Sales Managers in achieving sales and striving to hit targets.
You will be required to create and maintain a lead system to enable you to follow up leads to convert in the future, therefore excellent Excel skills are essential.
Initially you will be based at the Llandeilo Head Office then move to the new, purpose built offices in Ammanford late summer.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR…
You will ideally have knowledge of builder’s merchants’ products and a knowledge of local authority tender processes.
You will have a desire to be successful with drive, passion and energy to achieve targets
B2B sales or account management, account co-ordinator experience desirable.
High levels of customer service and account management
You will have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, along with the ability to complete reports and analyse data.
A professional, committed individual has excellent attention to detail skills.
